2/01 Amazon Fresh ad
The 02/01 Amazon Fresh ad doesn’t have anything that jumps out at me as being particularly fantastic, but when they have fruit and it’s a per piece sale, the item is usually pretty large.
If you love their baguettes, make sure to check the labels: I picked up two loaves and one was the 89¢ price while the other was $2.49 and said Parisian loaf; there was not enough of a difference to spot unless they were placed next to each other on the counter. Really shouldn’t be putting them on the same rack like that …
1/25 Amazon Fresh ad
As originally posted last week, here’s the Amazon Fresh ad for 1/25. I like to give as long a lead as possible – makes meal planning and food budgeting that much easier. If you know there’s going to be a huge sale on salmon or pizza you might as well wait out the week, right?
The 01/25 Amazon Fresh ad has a couple of salmon deals, depending on whether you pick farm-raised or wild caught. Vacuum-sealed fillets are great because you toss in the freezer without worrying about the quality degrading over time and time and time.

BELLA Kitchen Appliances for $12.99-39.99. Lots of small appliances here, but I chose this ceramic electric kettle because it’s so pretty! The prices on these new appliances are very good – well, it’s Woot, so kinda expected.
1/18 Jewel ad
I haven’t been posting – or following! – Jewel sales in quite some time because, let’s face it, Jewel prices pretty much suck donkey balls. If it weren’t for clearance deals and Manager’s Specials, I’d be earning very few Rewards (well, except for FirstBorn’s weekly crap buys). This week has 29¢ Supreme tamales (limit 5) and Ronzoni pasta (limit 5). I admit to a deep love of those frozen tamales, but after a year of lockdown Youtube cooking videos, have switched almost entirely to Product of Italy pasta – stock up on deep sales and clearance and it’s usually cheap. If you have no preference, then this is a great pasta deal, so use all your accounts and stock up 🙂
Probably grab some blood oranges and bok choy varieties for .88/lb just for novelty’s sake. If you like grapefruit, the 5lb bags are $3.99 while loose ones are .88/lb – a tiny savings. Probably also pick up some limes, since I was reading chef tips that whole lemons and limes freeze well when they’re thawed later at room temperature. Taylor Farms salad kits are BOGO again this week at Amazon Fresh and they make a lovely stir fry (add extra bok choy or napa cabbage and it’s customized!). Eggs, milk and half and half are definitely Aldi or Amazon Fresh purchases (well, my store is usually out of Lucerne half gallons anyway).
