CoverGirl $10 Rebate Form

I most humbly apologize – I keep forgetting to post this great P&G “pink” rebate which includes CoverGirl:  Spent $50 and get back a $10 check.  Lord, please keep my feet on the ground!  There was a $30 rebate form, but purchases had to have been made by 9/17 and the envelope post-marked by 10/1.

Make sure you keep all your receipts, since the form says receipt(s).  I love companies that send me money.  Make sure FIDO gets his mail in apartment C.

Walmart – getting paid to shop

Since some of you have been getting grief about the coupon overage, this is the official Walmart Coupon Policy to print and take with you to ward off coupon nazis.

You see here 23 individual Frigo string cheeses (.50 any Frigo product 10/2 S) and 22 CoverGirl makeup products ($8/2 October P&G).  The cheese was priced at .33 and the CG was mostly $2.94.  As per Walmart policy, the cashier handed me back $24.66.  I’ll stop by in a day or day when they have more CoverGirl products on the shelf.

Walmart share the love (and $$$$)

In addition to the free Scrubbing Bubbles toilet bowl cleaner and disposable razors from

it's for eyes, which are part of my face...

past posts, today’s P&G has an $8/2 coupon on CoverGirl face products.  Are we talking serious overage here folks?  Remember, it’s ANYTHING that goes on or near or is used to apply anything to your face…applicators, anyone?

And the Frigo .50 coupon is in today’s Trib AND Red Eye SS insert, so we’re looking at free string cheese, right?  my, my, my

must get dressed!

Walmart for the days ahead

Sunday’s (10/2) Walmart ad will show a sale on Scrubbing Bubbles no-touch automatic toilet bowl cleaner:  $3.97!  Yikes!  Use the $4 from the 9/11 S and you’re talking about a .03 MM.  woot  Note that this coupon appeared in my Tribune inserts, but none of the others had it – crap!  I used all my coupons (including the IPs) at Wags, but if you have any or come across any, head on over and use your Robitussin and disposable razor IP coupons for a sweet no-cost deal!  saw this on i heart the mart.

Product endorsement time:  Normally I sneer at this crap they constantly foist on us – do we really need 90% of it?  This product is the bee’s knees, folks.  You set it up and once or twice a week you step on the pedal and that’s it.  I’m giving a few to my 84 year old mom for her bathrooms, ’cause it’s easier than scrubbing!  well, it would  always be easier than scrubbing no matter what your age, wouldn’t it?

Hasbro games – full size – $1

Take me home for the holidays!

Big Lots has a sale this week on Hasbro games: Toy Story 3 Operation, Battleship, etc.  Says they’re $19.99 retail.  Take the Big Lots ad (or print it) over to either Target or Walmart.  I prefer WM, because you just use the regular cashier (don’t even need the ad — but I bring it “just in case.”); Target usually dicks around with you with customer service – pah.  Now $5 is an OK price if you like to spend money….however, there are $3 and $4 coupons on the Hasbro site, so click and save.  Print two per computer.

ShopAtHome – wild deals and K’nex

The Wild Deal remains the Taste of Home three cookbook set for $19.93 with $4 cash back and FREE shipping.  The coupon part is Macy’s: Today only, receive 8% off purchases (was 3%).  Macy’s also has a sale on selected Home items:  20% off with promo code HOMETWENTY.

However, the biggest deal for me is the Walmart deal on K’nex 325-piece Super Value Tubs for only $10 each; these were both selling for over $20.  Lots of other deals on the same page – a great way to start early for holiday shopping.  Get FREE shipping to the store or .97 for home delivery.  Use the Walmart ShopAtHome link and get 2% cash back.

ShopAtHome – Walmart clearance deals

9-pieces, organic cotton for girls $20

9-piece, organic cotton for boys $20

Saw this on a FB post: Walmart is having some great clearance deals on everything.  I picked out a few things that I thought were great deals – you will find others, I’m sure.   Look at the .97 shipping ones or the free to store shipping to keep your costs down.  If you use this ShopAtHome link you will get 3% put back into your account.

Wags

I hadn’t posted this Wags Osteo Bi-Flex deal because the BOGO was not working and the holiday prevented anyone from fixing the problem.  What you start with is a $21.99 (or so) price for both bottles, less two $4 $7 mfr coupons from 8/21 R, less the $5/1 September IVC.  At this point you are looking at a couple of bucks overage.  Since I am using my library card to get that extra 15% discount, I started with only $18.68, so I was expecting $5+ in overage.  The register wasn’t cooperating, so the cashier had to manually enter a penny for the second bottle; this prevented the IVC from coming off that bottle (actually it took off .01).

You are looking at 20 bottles of Osteo-Bi-Flex, ten of which are holding out on me, so I’ll head on over tomorrow to get my credit of about $50.  Just so you know, I actually did quite well, since I am stocked up for 18 months on the Aveeno shave gel for husband (who ran out Saturday and made a WM pit stop!) and lots of pee pads for micro Moosies.

And why stock up when you know there’s a glitch?  Because waiting means there won’t be stock…that much of a fool i am not…

Friday freebies

Free sample of Prilosec OTC.  Answer a few questions to see if you qualify.  lie like a politician…

Free Guide to Understanding and Managing Arthritis.  You have to join this arthritis organization, which is free, and let them send you emails.  I don’t suffer from arthritis, but if you do (or you know someone who does), it can be debilitating, so see if this guide is worth the money.  I always say that if I get even one new idea or a way to do something differently from a book, it’s worth it.

Free sample of Shout Wipe & Go.

Free trial sample of Dove go fresh body mist from Walmart.  Also includes coupon.

Free Charmin Sit or Squat application to find and record bathrooms around the world.  You can also download a mobile app.  okaaay then.

Free Renuzit

Coupons.com has reset the $1/1 Renuzit coupon on the Super Odor Neutralizer.  The coupon pictures the spray, but can be used (with no beeping) on any of the Super Odor Neutralizer adjustables that are selling for a buck or less.  I would not wait on printing this because last time it reached its print limit quickly.

Walgreen’s has this on sale with in-ad coupon for .99.
Walmart has them regularly priced at .94 – which means cash back!
Target has the single packs for .85.  Your overage mileage may vary.
