Wags

I hadn’t posted this Wags Osteo Bi-Flex deal because the BOGO was not working and the holiday prevented anyone from fixing the problem.  What you start with is a $21.99 (or so) price for both bottles, less two $4 $7 mfr coupons from 8/21 R, less the $5/1 September IVC.  At this point you are looking at a couple of bucks overage.  Since I am using my library card to get that extra 15% discount, I started with only $18.68, so I was expecting $5+ in overage.  The register wasn’t cooperating, so the cashier had to manually enter a penny for the second bottle; this prevented the IVC from coming off that bottle (actually it took off .01).

You are looking at 20 bottles of Osteo-Bi-Flex, ten of which are holding out on me, so I’ll head on over tomorrow to get my credit of about $50.  Just so you know, I actually did quite well, since I am stocked up for 18 months on the Aveeno shave gel for husband (who ran out Saturday and made a WM pit stop!) and lots of pee pads for micro Moosies.

And why stock up when you know there’s a glitch?  Because waiting means there won’t be stock…that much of a fool i am not…

    • None of them are ringing up BOGO, that’s the problem! I bought the 30 ct pictured in the ad. Hard for them to deny that it’s BOGO when you are buying the one pictured. There is a bonus one with a red band around the top that’s mixed in on the shelf, but other than that, I don’t know just what Wag’s problem is and why they are not fixing it.

  1. don’t care if they aren’t fixin’ it ’cause it still works!!
took 8 bottles to the register, had the flier open to BOGO, coupons in both hands, worked like a charm!! used the overage to buy other crap we needed.
even left stock on the shelf in Warrenville, i know, bad couponer, bad.
    All hail The Goddess!

  2. The Wags I will go to will be toast, they’re gonna be done with the Osteo-Bi-Flex or whatever they call it, don’t even know what the product is. But somebody’s gotta do it.

  3. I am slow on the Osteo Bi-Flex deal. Is it fixed now that we don’t get overage? I saw it on wildforwags that IVC does not come off on the free bottle.

    • I haven’t been back in a couple of days, but I can check it out tomorrow. My snafu involved not getting the BOGO on the product pictured in the ad. The cashiers priced the second bottle at .00, so that the IVC only took that same penny off my total. So yes, the IVC was working perfectly, but the BOGO threw it off. They were talking about splitting the price in half, which would allow all the coupons to attach to the bottles. With the 15% discount, you’re still talking about a $2.66 overage situation on each bottle.
