Another collage deal at Walgreens, this one ending Saturday, May 11th. Use code COLLAGE4YOU at checkout, select pick up at store and your 8×10 collage will be totally free. As always, this deal could end earlier. I tested this and it works fine.

As Reader Ashley pointed out, the $2 coupon and the $1 IP are both mfr coupons and can’t be stacked. Sorry. Now you not only have to calculate the discount on the RR items, but using coupons on the Breathe Right will really through a monkey wrench into the works! Speaking of that, use the $2 coupon on page 51 of the Answers at Walgreen Cold and Flu Book stacked with the $1 from the 3/10rp or $1.00 off any Breathe Right product 10ct or larger (for those of you who also lost their inserts).
Print this now and make money on Sunday — see, we plan ahead
So let’s get back into the swing of Wags deals, starting with: This Sunday 5/5 Breathe Right 10 ct is $4.00 at Wags with $4.00 RR. This is a $1.00/1 coupon. Can you say: Money Making Anti-Snore Strips? I can. Print this from as many computers as you can lay your hot little hands on.
Walgreens Friends & Family Sale today
Today is the Friends & Family Sale at Walgreens, where you get 15% off all in-store and online purchases of brand name items and 20% off Walgreens private label items. Use FAMILY15 to get your online discount. Spend $25 for FREE SHIPPING. Click here to get to the Wags landing page to print out the coupon(s).
Running the Almay makeup remover deal will result in too much overage if you only run the $5.99 bottles, so mix in some of the $6.49 ones, too. In fact, pair two of the $5.99 bottles with two of the $6.49 ones to bring you very close to $16. Obviously, since we’re running points and not RRs, you can do these in as many or as few transactions as you’d like – me, I prefer just a few – less register tape to recycle!
I’m probably not going to be able to run any deals at Walgreens – coupons are probably underwater, along with RRs. Oh, well, something else will turn up…
Walgreens Friends & Family Sale 4/19
Haven’t really been following much this week at Walgreens – been waiting for Friday’s Friends & Family Sale, where you get 15% off all in-store and online purchases of brand name items and 20% off Walgreens private label items. Use FAMILY15 to get your online discount. Spend $25 for FREE SHIPPING. Click here to get to the Wags landing page to print out the coupon(s).

Keep your eyes open for that Diabetes Care booklet with the $10 Bayer glucose meter coupon – I found another 12 books today and picked up four more meters. Of the first group of nine I dropped off at the pantry on Tuesday, several have already been taken. That’s gratifying…as is the 2,000 points for each (on low tax). Hey, at least I’m honest about it!
Turning Almay coupons into points
I really wanted to roll a couple of transactions at Walgreens tonight, but their inventory was so pitiful I was “forced” to go with Plan B. Today’s Smart Source has a $4 Almay cosmetic coupon. I’m working on a way to turn thi$ to our advantage, but if you only have a few coupons you can buy the four Almay cosmetic removers pictured (either variety) for $5.99 (they are B1G1 1/2 off this week). Buy four, use four of the $4 coupons and pay $1.96 and high tax. You will earn 4000 points. Donate, use or sell.
$1.62 Blue Diamond almonds @ Wags – through Saturday
Spent most of the day at Osco buying Zyrtec and Walgreens rolling RRs into points – up to 70,000! But I digress…this week Walgreens has a BOGO on Blue Diamond almonds – $3.99/2. Use the .75/2 IP that just appeared and they drop to $1.62 a can. Some of those flavors are addicting – what’s your favorite(s)?
Walgreens 4/21-27
If the Walgreens warehouse will cooperate, the week of April 21-27 could be a good one. I especially like that one of the products will be excellent for food pantry donations.
We have a roll between our old pal Renew Life Ultimate Flora 15 billion on sale for $10 with a $10 RR and a sleep/snore product called air, which is selling for $9.99 with a $9.99 RR. Last year the Ultimate Flora had a $3 pdf on Facebook – this year there’s a $3 coupon in 1/6 S1 (cover with Healthy Essentials). Coupon Dede also has Ultimate Flora coupons for 30¢ each.
The following is a suggestion for starting when you don’t have loyalty points to use. If you have at least 10,000 points (heck, you’d have that from the glucose meters alone!), then follow the section after.
1. Transaction 1: Start with Ultimate Flora, pay the $7 (after coupon) and use that $10 RR for the air. Cashier will have to adjust down the $10 by one penny or adjust the price up by one penny (they’ve done it both ways – weird).
2. Use the $9.99 air RR to buy one Ultimate Flora and one Planters Nut-rition cherry chocolate peanut butter for $2.99. Planters generates a $2.99 RR. There have been lots of $1 coupons out there including peelies and 4/7S. Start checking now to see what filler items you want/need or just hold on to those $1 coupons. Either way you’re getting a great item for either your stockpile or donation. Last year I used the six-pack of Nice raisins as my buck filler – another good donation or lunch box snack. I’m also tempted by the various possible Band-Aid combinations where you earn points. Lots of coupons out there and we need Neosporin and Band-Aids…
3. Use the $10 Ultimate Flora RR to buy the $9.99 air. Set the $2.99 RR to the side as your reward for good behavior.
1. Use 10,000 points to buy the Ultimate Flora and Planters. If you use both coupons, you’ll once again have to come up with a filler. Last year I used the six-pack of Nice raisins as my buck filler – another good donation or lunch box snack. If you use points to buy any items as filler you will not earn points on that item – so don’t.
2. Use the $10 Ultimate Flora RR to buy $9.99 air. At this point the two transactions run the same.
If you have any suggestions or know of a great deal, please let us know. And remember, most of the great Wags deals over the past six months have been on non-ad items and oopsie deals.
