more Jewel shopping – Kleenex wipes

Figured I’d pick up a few more Kleenex wipes since they’re now on sale 2/$3 and the Ibotta 50¢ rebate (limit 5) has reset.  I bought six with the 75¢ coupon from 7/28S.  Also picked up a couple packages of 50% off clearance egg rolls in the meat section and a bag of bagels and my total was $10 plus tax.  Considering I’ll get back $2.50 from Ibotta, I’m pleased with my trip.

need wet wipes?

In Chicago we got the 75¢ Kleenex on wipes and there’s a 50¢ Ibotta  (limit 5), so if it’s something you like/need/want, either buy them at Jewel or Walgreens for $1.99 each except Walgreens has them on a BOGO 50% off promotion.  Obviously the better deal, but I was at Jewel and it was raining …  Coupon reads limit one per purchase with no wording on transaction limits but lots of threats if you sell, auction, photocopy, etc.  Target has these for $1.29 normally, but I wasn’t about to drive there in the rain to find out they were OOS – they also have that limit 4 policy.   Time is worth something you know.

1 Freebie on Jewel Saturday Sampler

Just one Saturday Sampler freebie to add to your Jewel account: a 12 oz Vita Coco in assorted flavors.  Add this offer by Sunday and redeem by Monday, July 29th.  Make sure you add this hours before you hit the store ’cause it takes time to actually get added to their system, I don’t care what they say!

Jewel Flash Sale means $1.77 Turkey Hill

I shouldn’t call Turkey Hill cheap, ’cause it’s really good.  Tomorrow (7/26) only, get the 1.5 qt size of select varieties for only $1.77 each (limit 4)!  Even better when you can use the $1 coupons in 6/2 and 6/30 rmn.  Turkey Hill had a stand outside my Jewel last week, handing out sample cups with a stack of coupons…but since the coupons weren’t any higher value than the insert ones, why bother?

Good Karma Shopping at Jewel

Wasn’t sure the price would still be 88¢ next week (signs can always be removed), so I decided to make another Skippy food pantry run.  And found a couple of these grass-fed steaks with 50% off stickers, $2 peelies AND a $1 Ibotta rebate (limit 5 per receipt).  Made them $1.50 each!

If you’re not finding Skippy at your store in the usual location, check seasonal since that’s where they had moved mine from the end cap.  Lots left.

More Skippy shopping at Jewel

Decided to pick up more Skippy for the food pantry (don’t strain your arm patting yourself on the back, kid!) and karma rewarded me with two packages of clearance Italian sausage (hot & mild) for $2.50 with 50% off stickers and discount rolls, plus the Perdue Harvestland organic chicken for 50% off with a box of $1 coupons on the shelf!  Worked out to be about $4.  Just under $12 for everything, including tax.

Jewel for cheap Skippy

Starting today, Jewel has one of their Buy 8 for 88¢ each deals (mix and match) and Skippy peanut butter is part of it.  Normally I wouldn’t think much of it, but there were $1/2 peelies on the tops of the regular Creamy jars, so I bought four of those and four of the Natural Super Chunk, which made them 38¢ a jar.  Don’t know if we’ll use all of ’em but they make great donation items.
