Tried the chow-chow and it was so insanely good, decided to run back (only a couple of minutes – in rush hour!) and pick up the remaining five jars plus the Torani syrup. In the seasonal aisle were a bunch of non-deals, like Archer wedding cookies for 50¢ off (thanks, I’ll wait for the divorce) but real deals on Febreze and Glade. The Kellogg’s Rice Krispies are only strangely colored, not flavored and with a 55¢ Ibotta (limit 5), we grabbed five boxes. As always, I scanned my receipt and got 25 Fetch Rewards points (sign up with my promo code WVAB6 and get 2,000 bonus points).
Stopped in for a couple of those ready-made meals (Pita treat) and saw a few items of interest on the clearance cart. The 11/15 S has two Torani couons: .75/1 and $2/2, but they each say limit one coupon per purchase, meaning total of three if you have a snotty cashier. Figures there wouldn’t be a Febreze coupon when you want one 🙂
Pita picked up the only four on the shelf, so don’t check the Lisle Jewel! These were reduced to $1.12, which isn’t bad and the taste isn’t horrible, either. Not as strong as I like but the pumpkin spice flavor isn’t cloyingly sweet and fake. Maybe we’ll hit up another Jewel for more. February 1st, 2021 date.
Added the 99¢ jar of Fisher’s dry-roasted peanuts to my JFU account since that makes it half the DT cost. Check your store’s sausage because mine had a bunch of the Signature Select short date ones marked 99¢, my guess from slow Turkey Day numbers. I mean, if you are buying a 13 lb turkey, you don’t need a case of sausage for stuffing! Other varieties (and brands) are all coming up next week as well, so keep an eye out on those because they freeze beautifully. Cherry Garcia is to help with my holidays, thank you very much 🙂
It’s a today-only (12/12) Flash Sale on those red tins of Signature Reserve cookies at Jewel – only $4.99.
