Listen up, sugar-deprived peeps!  Since so many of you were unable to score any of the Fannie May $10 coupons, I’ve decided to hold a giveaway:

Five readers will each get one $10 coupon either mailed or deposited at the Naperville CVS or Lisle Jewel (see? we’re expanding our postal network, just as the USPS is contracting!).  Just comment here before Tuesday 5 pm (short notice, but you want the candy, don’t you?).   The magical random number generator will choose five names, who will have until Wednesday 5 pm to contact me at the Contact Tab, otherwise new names get drawn.  Remember, you snooze, you lose.

If you’re worried that your comment or email didn’t make it through, just check the names listed below – if your name is crossed out with either a mailed or Lisle Jewel notation, you’re fine.

Found out I’m getting more Miller rebate forms in the mail, so I’m just gonna start handing them out in the order you commented.  Will the following people please let me know if you want them mailed or dropped off at the Lisle Jewel.  Have tons more of the hard liquor rebates still available, so if you want those thrown in the envelope, speak up.  Don’t worry about buying before the deadline – the Miller goes through 1/8/12 for purchases.

Would there be any interest in a $20 rebate for buying $80 in groceries AND TWO 12-pks of Heineken, Heineken LIght or Amstel Light or Heineken or Heineken Light DraughtKeg?  Let me know and I’ll see about getting some of those. This rebate goes through the beginning of January.  Oddly enough, if you are a resident of AL, AR, CT, HI, KY, ME, MO, NC, NJ, NY, UT and WV, you don’t have to buy the beer.  Yeah, but watch – the minute I move they’ll change the law.

Obviously I attract the boozers, ’cause those giveaways have you clawing each other’s eyes out…a gluten-free coupon does not even make a blip on the screen.

Therefore, I will be giving out all the Udi’s coupons to whomever contacts me and gives me their vitals.  Anyone wishing to pick them up at Lisle Jewel can do that, too.  Faster for you.  Each person will probably get at least 15 coupons.

Okay, here’s a little something to take the taste of the last post out of your mouths:  I have a number of Miller rebates coming in the mail, with a couple more yellow tail and hard stuff ones.   I still have about ten of those hard liquor rebates right now, so if anyone wants to pick up more booze at Jewel, let me know or if you aren’t sure if you’re getting one in the mail, contact me and ask.  Or, if you’ve decided that lack of Norelco razors is a damned fine reason to go on a Mudslide binge, get those rebate forms now and I’ll join you!

Just got another bunch of the hard liquor ones and a few of the yellow tail rebates.  I have enough of the hard ones to give all the non-winners (see? no losers here) one rebate form.  Please send your addy to the contact tab or let me know if you’d like to pick it up at the Lisle Jewel (which is starting to act like our couponing post office).

I just got a stack of inserts with the $1 yellow tail coupon, which I will clip and leave with the rebate at the Lisle Jewel for those picking it up there.  Sorry, I can’t mail these, but 12 coupons plus the rebate form make for some heavier postage.  I really hate to mention postage, because you have all been so great about mailing stamps, but the reality is that I go through a TON of stamps.

I have another five of the yellow tail rebates, so it’s limited to the first five people who ask nicely.  Don’t forget that when you order 12 bottles you get a 10% discount AND use the $1 coupons from 11/20 rp for less than two buck wine.  Take THAT two-buck chuck!

Oh, and getting the one rebate form doesn’t prevent you from asking for the yellow tail one.
