The December P&G has a $1 Crest toothpaste coupon for 3 oz or larger sizes – the bonus size sold at Dollar Tree is 4.6, so more FREE TOOTHPASTE! I was unable to find the bonus sizes at my local stores when we had that fantastic $3/3, but I’m still thrilled with free. I’ve seen these in a couple of DTs around me now, so I’d advise clipping and carrying.

Entenmann’s shopping @ Dollar Tree

Why yes, I am a horrible photographer – thank you for noticing! In between Target trips, I stopped at Dollar Tree where I was immediately assaulted by three bags of bagels falling on my head. Odd part is that I was about a foot away from the rack! Figured it was a sign from above (sorrry) and grabbed these ten items for $10.07. The pumpkin loaves will be placed in zip locs and frozen – doubt I’ll have to worry about the donuts going stale around here…

Free Crest @ Dollar Tree – finally!
Family Dollar, Dollar Tree & more Gerber!
Family Dollar stores are “closing” while they remodel and convert to Dollar Trees, which means lots of shopping opportunities! Personal care items were 50% off, which made these Herbal Essence hair colors only $2.50 each…and what do we have in our October P&G? Yup, a $5/2 coupon. Take a walk around the store, but be careful, because many of the products categories are only 25% off.
Have not yet been able to find any of the bonus Crest tubes shown on the current Dollar Tree ad – I must have hit at least 8 or 9 so far – so don’t know if I’ll be able to use any of those delicious $3/3 coupons from the October P&G. boo
And one Jewel had the Gerber baby cereal jars marked 79¢ on the shelf, but they rang at 39¢, which totally threw off my math! And yes, it’s a complaint because then you have to scurry to find more filler items while not tying up the line!

I love you, Dollar Tree!
now bakery at more Dollar Trees
A couple of pilot stores have been stocking bread, bagels and muffins for about a year now and Dollar Tree has been gradually expanding the program – look what I found when I stopped at the DT on Park and Roosevelt in Glen Ellyn after dropping PITA at COD! The cart wasn’t there yesterday (clerk said it just appeared in the afternoon with three times as much stuff). I always take lots and freeze the extras – – never had a problem. Wanna spend $4 at a grocery store or a buck at Dollar Tree – – your choice.
Dollar Tree for Free
Also picked up four more of the Airborne bottles, although I’ve seen two other chewable tablet varieties as well. I’m using both the $3 and $1 coupons from 9/13 on the Triaminic since the $3 coupon expires in a week and I’ve got a couple of months for the $1 one.
