Woo-hoo!  Next week marks the return of The Great British Bake Off to Netflix, where they’ll be dropping one episode a week, concurrently with the British episode.  No more bingeing an entire season 🙂  So many of the contestants have gone on to shows and cookbooks that it’s astonishing.  Here’s a baking book that’s a pleasure to read – she really loves her subject and writes for all skill levels.
