The Reynolds baking cups were under a buck at Target (for paper, foil were slightly higher), so they should be about the same at Walmart, right?  And who doesn’t like free stuff?  The same goes for the BIC FlameDisk – they were supposedly under $2 at Walmart, but I was never able to find them  last year at ANY store.  Maybe you’ll have better luck.
