toothpaste: the post-apocalypse currency

Another of these incredibly lazy Walgreens deals where you combine Crest toothpaste with a high value coupon and Cash Rewards to get very cheap Crest toothpaste, although this offer makes you leave the house 🙁   Buy 4 of the $3 toothpaste varieties, clip the $7/4 digital coupon and earn $4 in Rewards.  Pay with Rewards and earn them back.  I’m working on a conversion table using toothpaste as post-apocalypse currency.

Get points from Fetch Rewards, the rebate APP that doesn’t care where, when or how you shop – I build up my account and then redeem for gift cards for the holidays!

Amazon Prime Days have begun!

Jewel Flavor Adventure + expired coffee

While the clearance cart was out (joy!), everything was only marked down 50%.  I know, right, does Jewel think we’re rich?  Two transactions:  Pita grabbed all the coffee and water drops and after Flavor Adventure coupon, paid about $10.  My gum, gum, gum was under $3.

Here’s a not much of a surprise from the coffee aisle – check the dates on your coffee.  I don’t mind expired when it’s from my stockpile, but on the store shelf?
