Cooking with the Cheapass

And yet another in my continuing educational series:   Took a couple of boxes of Ronzoni Smart Taste pasta, mixing two types just ’cause that’s what I do.  After they were cooked I threw in four cans of Wolf’s Chili, two with beans and two without and added some red pepper flakes.  Total cost?  hmmm let’s see, pasta was free and they paid me about five bucks to take home the chili, so calculate the damned taxes …

Negative $4.85 including tax?

  1. I like the way you cook! I’d throw in some sauteed brats we got paid to take home….have it with an almost free Margarita with that JC tequila and free mix…ok now I’m really hungry!
