Prime Day Madness Begins

I’ll probably grab a couple of the Amazon Fresh deals today and tomorrow (two trips!!), but otherwise just don’t see the point of all this madness.  If you are not a Prime member but want the deals, sign up for a free 30-day trial; if it’s not something you can see using the rest of the year … cancel.  I know everyone makes out how hard it is to cancel on Amazon, but it really isn’t.  Like Subscribe & Save deals, you just go in there, see what’s up and cancel the entire thing.  Here’s a link to the Amazon Front Page.

Supermarket Surprise from Woot

Supermarket Surprise Bonanza for $3.99-69.99.  All sorts of stuff in this collection, including a 12pk of Splenda for $39.99 – $3.33 per 100 ct.  You can buy generic cheaper at Dollar Tree, but many people don’t like the fillers used by private labels (son is one), so this is a good price compared to grocery stores.

Target: 15% (or more) gift card discount

15% off Cold Stone, Domino’s, Fandango, Uber, Virgin Experience and Vudu Prepaid Gift Cards.  Greater discount if you pay with Target’s RedCard.

• Limit one offer per guest to purchase gift cards online or in store.
• Discount applies to qualified gift cards up to $500 value ($75 maximum discount)

Jewel shopping: $1.49

Saturday Sampler Violife, Fresh Express monthly freebie for U™, pork tenderloin on sale less a $1.50 Flavor Adventure coupon and lastly, a bag of avocados on sale for $1.99 less a $1 Flavor Adventure coupon.

That said, I then drove over to Amazon Fresh for eggs because they’re consistently ~ $4 cheaper (Vital or OV-type brands); a mile drive is worth it, especially if I’m grabbing half and half which is $1.50 cheaper.  Loyalty doesn’t extend to my wallet.
