Alka-Seltzer Original Effervescent Tablets, Fast Relief of Headache, Muscle Aches, and Body Aches, 144 Count (72 x 2).  You can buy these at Jewel for $11.99, pay a buck less on Amazon or take advantage of this Prime Day Deal for a 2pk for only $15.99.

There is a 1% coupon to clip that applies to one box – apparently – just for grins 🙂

Here’s the Amazon Fresh ad for 10/11 – the 10% & 20% coupons are still running! Salmon and catfish are both good prices, especially if they’re the vacuum-sealed packs because those pop right into the freezer.  Note the wild is $10.99 while farmed salmon is $7.99.

I’m particularly attracted to the BOGO 50% off deli sandwiches – their Cubanos can’t beat, and I’ve not yet had a mediocre deli sandwich, hot or cold. Yum.

Here’s the Amazon Fresh ad for 10/04 – the 10% & 20% coupons are still running!  I don’t pay attention to many canned good prices, but I do know Progresso, because that’s what FirstBorn buys at Jewel every week – would definitely grab a few cans if this is your go-to.  Soup and grilled cheese sandwiches mean fall (throw in a few sale tomatoes to bougie it up).
