Apparently Starbucks will be offering a Spooky New Drink called the Zombie Frappuccino for a limited time (October 26-31).  It will have a creme Frappuccino syrup base with green caramel apple powder and pink powder, as well as pink whipped cream intended to look like brains, complete with pink mocha drizzle.
