If you’d rather read about it than do it, have I got a deal for you!  Today only, Amazon has Yoga Journal for $5 a year on auto-renewal.  They send you an email when it’s time to renew and if you don’t want it,  you cancel.  easy-peasy, done it myself.  cancel, i mean, not the yoga-thing.
