moneymaker! just buy something else of at least $0.50 to offset this, preferably scanning the other item(s) first.
there’s a coupons.com Cash Back offer for same, but Quotient doesn’t like you clipping these offers twice across “galleries” (and they do have access to your jewel-osco clippings), and it might interfere with the functioning of one (or possibly both), turning people who do so into a bit of guinea pigs.
in the off-chance that the Cash Back tries to activate on the same transaction as the J4U, perhaps bump your offsetting purchases up to $1+, just in case.
Lord, I would NEVER have found this coupon on my own – it was in the breakfast & cereal category, one of the last coupons. Thanks, we’ll see.
to follow up on this:
the justforu $0.50 mfg e-cpn kicked in fine for me. the coupons.com cash-back never did.
according to this:
https://www.coupons.com/help?p=web&s=offer-redemption&f=the-same-offer-is-appearing-in-the-printable-coupons-and-cash-back-offers-galleries-as-well-as-the-in-store-specific-coupons-pages-can-i-redeem-all-of-them&l=en
they don’t want you using the same offer twice. this goes beyond preventing sleazy “stacking” of manufacturer offers on the same item, to taking measures where you won’t be able to use the second offer, period. for instance, clip an e-coupon under JustForU, and it won’t show up under Coupons.com Cash Back anymore.
if you clip them in the reverse order, or get clever and QUICKLY clip an offer on the Coupons.com webpage before it flashes away, you can get it to show up in “My List” on the webpage.
however, it won’t be USABLE, and gets removed from Order Activation History in the Coupons.com APP (modern versions of which i do not have access to, so needed a family member to check for me), which is apparently the venue that matters.

this could get instructive for the Colgate $0.99 e-coupon (Limit 3) approaching next week. it’s probably a store one if it’s like the one that ended 7/6/21. ripe for stacking with the $3-off-2 manufacturer’s offer expiring 9/11/21.
however, jewel-osco is flaky in actually LINKING their colgate coupons to everything contained in the description! for instance, a $4-off-2 e-cpn expiring 8/14/21 that listed (and illustrated) Total had ZERO totals linked to it! and the current incarnation has SOME, but is missing at least 2 present in the e-cpns expiring 7/10/21 and 7/17/21.
accordingly, it MIGHT be better (i.e. more flexible on selection) to clip the Coupons.com cash-back offer instead, IF they link the items independently of whoever does it from jewel-osco. but this offer WON’T WORK if you clip the justforu!
just a head’s up to make my necro-post more relevant. 😛

haha; so of course this week’s is implemented completely differently than the 6/30/21-7/6/21 e-coupon. instead of a store coupon with Limit 3, it’s 3 separate manufacturer’s coupons for $3-off-1! thus, no stacking with other mfg cpns (e.g. the $3-off-2 i was discussing).
it’s like they’re _trying_ to make a monkey out of me. 😛
note that most linked items are on sale for $3.99, but a couple toothbrushes are $3.49.
I already had the 50c digital clipped! I realized when I was scanning thru my clipped categories and I do recall last month I got -50c off that other General Mills word of day (muffins?) so I bet I clipped it just in case for an offer like today!
It worked, I got some tomato paste I actually needed for the overage and husband got some bananas with his….after I had him clip the digital too. Funny thing is my friend in another town said hers did not work for the cookies today? I got choc. chip and husband got peanut butter. I’m sure all kinds should work and I assume she got choc chip just like I did. How strange? Unless she really did not know how to “clip” the digital on this beautiful new upgraded app of theirs!!!???
I have to add this to the conversation about Jewels new app and clipping coupons; My friend told me that NONE of her clipped coupons have come off at register ever since the app updated! She is getting tired of going to CS every time or just missing out completely on the deals. Last week at a different store out of her home area, a store manager actually decided to help her figure out why this is happening. He noticed that the new app REMOVED her phone number from the app totally and showed her how to scan (with the gun at self check) her acct bar code in the app! Now all of her clipped coupons come off! My number stayed in mine and so did husbands but if any of you are having issues, try scanning the phone with the gun laying on top at self check. I am impressed he went to the trouble actually!
EXCELLENT bit of advice and we thank you. Not only did they update the APP to make it less user-friendly, they removed personal data on your behalf to protect against identity theft 🙂
