Received an email earlier this morning regarding a claim filed in August, 2019:

“You filed a claim in the Wesson Oil Settlement (In re ConAgra Foods, Inc, C.D. Cal., Case No. CV 11-05379-CJC (AGRx), MDL No. 2291). Per the terms of the Settlement, your claim has been reviewed and determined eligible for payment.

Your Settlement payment will be issued on or about 11/9/2023 via virtual prepaid card to the email address provided on your Claim Form.”

Obviously the wheels of justice grind very slowly.  Payment for non-lawyers should be about $4.50 🙂
