I use it to pick up free singles at Walmart, where I paid 37¢ each although you could pay something for the multiple packs, I suppose. i’ve heard of people who think like that. Was told that Walmart no longer gives cash back on coupons, but their official policy does not have this update, so I’m doubtful. Personally, I’ve never bothered with cash back, preferring to use the overage on other items (just like at Jewel).
