Made a quick run to the Wheaton Wags to see what I could see. After much discussions, I can’t see how we could have figured out the Huggies sale deal. The computer was showing $3.49, the cartons all scanned at that price and frankly, if Wags management can’t figure out their computer system, I’m sure not going to be able to… so
Here you see that you CAN get these for .99 after IVC and the .50 mfr from the 6/12 SS. They had a limited number of these at Wheaton (maybe 30?), so I didn’t take any; I’ll hit ’em up hard on Tuesday, when their deliveries come. At that time I’ll also take the Noxzema razors and use the .51 overage from buying two as a way to get the Huggies price down even lower.
Again, sorry for the screw-up but if you want/need Huggies, this is an excellent price and Wheaton is the only store (of which I’m aware) that will take an expired coupon back a day or two only. Do Not Wait Until The End of The Week – you will be shot down.
The 6-blade Wags women’s razors on sale for $3.99 with a $3.99 RR also have the refill cartridges for the same deal. Wow, it’s been years since I bought refills…
Either the tag or the razor refills is in the wrong spot, but that tag is for the system, not the refills. The refills are not on sale.

How long does this sale go for? I’m always lazy and never make it to the store on time. I’m guessing that most sales at Walgreen’s go for a week or something.
Walgreens weekly sales run from Sunday through Saturday for the in-ad items (monthly runs, well, monthly). Some stores (I’ve read about, not seen) have the sale prices on Saturday, but if an item is supposed to generate a Register Rewards starting that Sunday, the Register Rewards will not print until that day.
Hmmmmm…those noxzema razors come in tomorrow at wheaton…?

I’m just gonna stroll in there some time this week, I bet they’re gone like most times I go for these deals. I’m not an a.m. person, nor do I like to be forced to get them. The stores should anticipate this (I know they do but hear me out), and they should put out however many, but then wait a few hours to put out more. By doing this, it lets everybody get some. I bet how it currently works is stores just get in a bunch, stock them all as fast as they go, and then they’re gone in less than a day, then they wait days to get more in. If they rationed it, without affecting their bottom line… Just sayin. And yes I know I can do special orders, but for like 5 razors? I guess.
