Some of you have been hitting the local Walgreens, thinking that you’ll be getting FREE wipes after a $1.50 RR, 50¢ printable and a $2 sale price.  I read the same sites, and I’ve been around long enough to know that just ’cause we wish it, don’t make it so!

The Pampers are on sale for $2, yes.  There is a 50¢ off ONE Pampers Wipes 64ct or higher printable, yes.  But there is no Register Reward printing on the purchase of this product, unlike the Pampers diapers, which do generate a $1.50 RR.   Methinks it was a sign misprint because even if the store attempted to pull up the form for a non-generated RR (you take it home, complete it and mail it in), there wasn’t any RR promotion going on for that item.

However, if you’re looking for a decent price for wipes ’cause you’re out or low and need ’em…run the deal.  If you are in an area that has the library card promotion, you can get them for 15% less.

While at Walgreens, I did see the new Answers cold & flu with $20 in savings; expiration dates 9/1/2014, so grab ’em when you see ’em.  Lots of time for deals.
