Running the Almay makeup remover deal will result in too much overage if you only run the $5.99 bottles, so mix in some of the $6.49 ones, too.  In fact, pair two of the $5.99 bottles with two of the $6.49 ones to bring you very close to $16.  Obviously, since we’re running points and not RRs, you can do these in as many or as few transactions as you’d like – me, I prefer just a few – less register tape to recycle!

I’m probably not going to be able to run any deals at Walgreens – coupons are probably underwater, along with RRs.  Oh, well, something else will turn up…
