Yea! I can finally post about this. The Lumene rep was originally supposed to send out 200 of the Vitamin C .5 oz jars via overnight delivery – this was Tuesday. Wednesday, nothing … Thursday … nothing. You can probably guess about Friday, right? Well, actually today a small box arrives with six jars in it. She sent a “starter kit!” wtf? They finally track her down (so she can experience her own wtf moment) and tell her that the first order for 
200 wasn’t sufficient, so six jars is just asking for torches and pitchforks…

and I completely agree (well I must, since I ordered all those coupons from Dede)…make sure to call ahead (630/682-2599) to set up a time to ring this stuff up, since even though it’s all one transaction, it’ll take time to scan all the jars, especially with those new piece o’ crap scanners they have.

Looks like with the $2 Lumene Skin Care WALGREENS coupon in the inserts today this will be a MM. Does this store allow MM like this? If so I might see if they have some stock left.
I saw that coupon earlier, but can’t comment because there’s no way no know until the jars are received and then manually entered into the computer system at the Wheaton store. You have to understand that this is the first time a store has dealt directly with the manufacturer – only the regularly-carried Lumene line is scanning at this point. But will it be a MM? Always has in the past, so I’m hoping for several hundred dollars in other things. What other things? First we go through the Register Rewards deals, then hit ’em up for the diaper deals. Then wait a week and do it all again! The store coupon goes through 9/30 and the mfr coupon expires 8/15. But again, until we can get the product entered into the computer system, we won’t know. I’m working on it and will post when we get more info.
sorry, a little fuzzy on this deal. So the order of 460 will ship to Wheaton on Thursday July 28 and will be on sale for $3.99 and there is a $4/1 MQ, so only pay tax? If Wags will allow IVC and MQ, then $2 overage? How long does the $3.99 price go til?
OK, fuzzy one. The order of 460 will have 75 sent to Lisle (Steve is going to play nice). They will be priced at $3.99, so with the $4 mfr coupon, FREE (well, tax). The IVC cannot be combined with the mfr because it states it is for products larger in weight than this .5 oz jar. However, the 7/24 SS coupon for $2 does not have any restrictions whatsoever.
The bad news is that this .5 jar is not included in any store’s inventory, hence it doesn’t appear in the computer/registers. Wheaton and Lisle will have to manually input the UPC (not a big deal). I believe that it’s corporate who programs the insert coupons (and they don’t have a code to input). If we can figure something out – WE WILL. I have been working on this for a week now. Worst case scenario is that we all get a fantastic cream for dirt cheap.
