Wags PSA

Next week is going to be a completely dead week at Walgreens, in terms of FARR items, so I would recommend rolling your RRs today or tomorrow.  I had a load of those $4 Natrol Melatonin RRs, so decided to run a Colgate/Nasal Mist combo:  Colgate is $3 with $3 RR and the Wags Nasal Mist is $5 with $5 RR.  Basically I just rolled the RRs and paid 31¢ for the privilege.  Of course, I also got more products…

And while I could have used coupons, sometimes it’s easier to just roll those cats and not worry about fillers.

      • I had a few hundred bucks in RRs and used about $150 of them at the day spa. Very few things to buy at Jewel this week, and as I said, the Wags deals next week don’t exist. Wags is known for having bizarre deals suddenly appear, so we’ll see. In any case, I have six more days and only a hundred bucks left. Worst case is I could buy groceries at Jewel but I doubt it will come to that.

    • You have to find transactions of equal amounts; in this case the one item was $5 and the other was $3, so using two $4 Natrol RRs worked well. If you have to add fillers to make your numbers, it gets pricey. And next week is pretty sad – no FARR deals at all and only the Right Guard body wash MM (if you printed out those $3 IPs).

  1. $3 Colgate
    $5 Wags Nasal Mist
    $4 (4) Taster’s Choice
    $12
    less:
    $1/1 Colgate
    $1/3 Taster’s Choice
    $10RR
    total= tax only
    Receive:
    $3RR Colgate
    $3RR Taster’s Choice
    $5RR Wags Nasal Mist

  2. Is our Lisle Wags going to enforce the 3 coke limit? Obviously, I would love to do the 6 with the $10 RR but thought I would ask because I know you would know. Already, did the CVS deal with Emily but my family goes through 2 cases a week so I am always looking for the deal!

    • Barb, I posted my trip yesterday where I picked up six Cokes and the Right Guard body wash. Lisle has no limits, but has limited stocks right now because they didn’t get enough in. They’re calling this morning to schedule more delivery of product. If you’re looking for any variety, though, the best place is CVS, since Lisle has basic Coke, diet and zero for the most part.
