Wags and Walmart

Wanted to check out the $1 wags Crackerfuls coupon from 5/22 S; strange wording made me wonder if the coupon required you to buy both the Crackerfuls and the Newtons.  The good news is that you can buy one Crackerful and use both the $1 mfr and Wags coupons, getting $1.50 off.  If Wags tries to screw us over with the RR, at least we can get rain checks for the $2 price and pay (shudder) .50 a box.  If a miracle occurs and Wags gets the product in stock for the sale (highly unlikely at this point in time) or gives us rain checks that include the RR,  you’re looking at a $1.50 MM.

The Jet Dry rain check works beautifully:  pay $1.28 (including high tax) and get back a $1.50 RR.  Since this stuff is never cheap or free, I’m thrilled and will stock up for the next year or two or three…

Ran into WM to pick up 13 of the Pert 2-in-1 travel size using the $1 coupon from 5/15S.  .52 OOP.  There were some very dark clouds overhead, a gusty wind was blowing, we were already under a tornado watch and my biggest fear was that I’d be trapped in a Walmart.  Oh, like it wouldn’t scare you, too.

  1. yes, there are tornado warnings up here right now in Mchenry Co…it is starting to look scary and the dog is whining and crying…my 6 yr. old however is excited…I told her NOT to be excited since tornados are bad, very bad! Hope Dupage is ok as peeps in my family live roundabouts in your area.

  2. Could you explain the Crackerfuls? I have the $1 5/22 S coupon, but what about the Wags one? The IVC booklet from May? And it’s $.50 off? OK so that’s $1.50 off, and they’re $2/box right now? OK then how might that turn into a MM in the future?

    • Crackerfuls were supposed to be a two-day only deal at Wags over the 29th and 30th: $2 with a $2 Register Rewards. Use the $1 mfr from 4/17S with the Wags .50 q from 5/22 for a $1.50 MM.

Unfortunately, the best laid plans….and Wags was unable to get ANY Crackerfuls in time for sale. Yup, that’s right – none. Do not dump or otherwise lose those coupons because there may be a light at the end of the no-stock tunnel. I just can’t post about it now.

Icy-hot, though is a done (sucky) deal because the earliest the factory could run the Wags-only small size would not be until August. and yes, it sucks donkey balls
