Another deal I forgot to post about, probably because Walgreens discriminates against healthy people.
Get a $25 Walgreens gift card with any transferred prescription. In case you were all living in a cave the past few months, Walgreen’s took a huge hit when they left the Express Scripts network and then experienced a weak demand for flu shots. Their second-quarter profits dropped almost 8%! Ouch. better start coming up with some better deals…
There’s a CVS right across the street from my fav. WG.
The WG pharmacy only has 1 PharmD, and 1 pharm tech, and most of the time they’re swatting flies. But the WG store always has at least 2 managers, and 4-5 staff in the front and around the store.
The CVS across the street has 1 PharmD, and about 5-7 pharm techs, but only one manager, and one cashier. Checkout at this store takes 15-30 minutes, not counting anyone using coupons/trying to sep. transactions.
WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. lol!
