High tax and subtotal equaled about $2 OOP. The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser 2 pk EXTRA POWER is working and there’s that wonderful, beautiful B2G1 coupon in the same 9/1 P&G insert! Note that no other Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is working for this promotion – I tried them all. I also used the B2G1 Febreze coupon with the $1 coupon for the whatever that sleep thing was! This gave me some very nice overage and, since the deal stacks so high, the ability to really make out!
FYI, Lisle Jewel is taking special orders on all P&G products. You know the drill at this store: You must pay for special orders when placed, not when you pick them up. But since you are able to stack this at least 21+ high, you won’t be tying up any registers for very long! And if you don’t yet have coupons, you can buy your stuffs and post-redeem.

Should we make an appointment? I want to place a LARGE order. Do they have products on hand to scan?
Planning a trip to Jewel in Lisle today to place order for puffs kleenex, just a few questions? Is there a limit as to how many I can buy at this price? Do I go to the customer service desk? Do we have to order by the case? Thanks for all the posting you do!
I haven’t heard of any limits being set by Lisle – you might have to wait some time before your orders come in though. Yes, you go to customer service to place a special order. You order in multiples of 3, so however you want to mix and/or match is up to you. You place your order and then run the whole thing and pay for it. You will have a register receipt(s) and the cashier will print a duplicate to attach to your special order, so it will show that everything is paid for.
Are there any other stores that do special orders this way?
So much depends on the Store Director and the ones that have run specials haven’t asked for payment up front, but honestly, some Jewels that were super friendly and couponer loving have turned pretty crummy. The Lombard store on Roosevelt and Main comes to mind. Like a Dominicks in training. Although we’re loving Dominicks this week, too!
