Target B&M stores are clearancing out the Star Wars General Grievous, Clone Trooper, and Darth Vader Electronic Helmets in the old packaging (plain blue base) for $5.98.  Use the $5 Target coupon to score some 98¢ helmets!

Obviously, this is a ymmv situation because stores all operate on their own clearance schedule, but print and carry with you.  You could score some major birthday points here!
