Main stage at Eyes to the Sky was Beatles tribute band American English. This was, I believe, at least the second time they’ve played here. Totally awesome – imagine a couple of thousand people all standing and swaying and singing along and reliving their youth. What’s really cool is that American English starts out as the early 1960’s band, same hairstyles, suits, etc., then moves along, musically speaking, to the Let It Be album, changing costumes and hairstyles along the way.  They ended the show with Hey Jude, pretty easy to sing along to, since any drunk can yell “nah, nah, nah.”
