First stop was Walgreens for Purex (yeah, like I need more laundry soap!) on the B1G2 weekly deal (price is $5.99). There are two Purex coupons in the 10/6 rp, a $3/2 and a 50¢ off one. Even though the $3/2 scans, it’s for the large bottles, not the small ones that Walgreens typically puts on sale. If you wait until Tuesday and qualify, Walgreens will be holding a Senior Appreciation Day and the price will be 15% less.
Oh, I forgot to include Altoids in the picture, but I also got two tins of Altoids on sale for 2/$3 – there was a blinkie right above them with $1 coupons. Used 1,000 points and paid 22¢.
This week CVS has both the Oral B battery toothbrushes and 2-pk refill heads for $5.99 with a $2 ecb, limit 2 per card. Use the $5 coupon from the October P&G insert and you’ll make a teeny bit of $$ since you’re paying high tax on the $5.99.
was at Menards and got David sunflower seeds for $1.19 but a ton of them had $1 off peelies…….look out!

WOW! They finally have a sale and coupon on those brush heads!? I’ve been using those Oral B battery brushes, but once the brush is dead… I threw the whole thing to e-waste :/ I feel bad, but I’m not paying for brush heads!
