The Dark Side of Couponing
I just heard a radio commercial for State Farm that I really liked in the car. Oh yeah, about a guy who loves caffeine and drank too much coffee and loves to stay up late checking his rate. Wonder who their agency is?
I think the most clever ad agencies are the ones responsible for the First American radio shots (Grandma and the one where the MIL is such a witch) and most of the Mac vs PC TV shots. These State Farm ones are definitely ones you remember and don’t mind watching over and over (I like the BF who parallel parks over the car behind him and the GF changes him and then he changes her).
Funny commercials don’t get fastforwarded, but this must be such a novel concept that no one believes it.
