I remember in high school and college waiting for the
August issues of Seventeen and Glamour to arrive in
the mail. In the late 1960’s, these were like 1.5 inches thick. Seventeen was the fashion bible. Now everybody
knows how old I am!!!
And now when you look through an issue of Seventeen, you think about how silly all the articles on getting boys to notice you are and how thoroughly you studied them back in the day!
