So I have a fistful of $10 RRs from a few deals ago that I’ve rolled..into today. Ack! And the fastest roll is the Oral-B twin-pack floss where you buy three at $5.99 each and get a $10 RR. Use this $1.50 coupon and you’ll be paying $3.47 plus tax for all three (after $10 RR). Since they’re twin-packs it’s not too back a deal. Or if you’re looking for a toothbrush, grab three Oral-B Pulsars and pay with this $1.50 coupon. You’ll also get a $10 RR.
However, I forgot my RRs were from the last P&G razor deal, which meant a whole lot of looking for clearance stuff to at least recoup my cash. Glucosamine HCl was on clearance for $8.49 and they turned out to be BOGO, which messed things up at the register – always have extra stuff.
My OOP was under $10, so considering I had zero coupons and the glucosamine alone was originally $33.99, I’m not grief-stricken over forking over actual cash.
Here’s something odd I found in the clearance aisle…how much faster could you possibly cook ramen???

Hey Crazy Chris,
Love your humor & your adventures with the kid!
Why not use all those RR on the Brookside bars singles when you buy in multiples of 3 instead of crap on clearance & not being able to keep it rolling?
You can roll the RR into Balance Rewards, which is what I did.
I’ve also rolled points on my purchases of 6 bars or more since it’s a buy X amount of an item & get points offer.
Buy bars with points & get back points.
Recycle points with this deal.
6 bars do $5 for 5,000
12 bars do $10 for 10,000 points.
You really come out head if you can get 21, 36, or 49 bars at a shot, since those are the reduced point thresholds ($20 for 18,000 / $35 for 30,000 / $50 for 40,000).
I believe balance rewards points can be used toward tax, as I was able to do just that on one of my transactions!
Love your site.
A fan of it for years.

Welllll, honesty compels me to admit that I mostly took stuff I could either sell on Amazon or to a flea market jobber for more than I paid… And I wanted to get the bars but my fat ass and rational brain disagreed
Love It!
Those “Hershey” bars are supposed to be good for you. And since I hate dark chocolate, I just give them to people at work. The yogurt ones are all mine though… I’m that person with the buffet of snacks in the office that people hit up mid-afternoon for freebie snacks or asperin. I’m the one that brings a bag to meetings of “stuff” to pass out. Free food in the office tends to make one popular. As well as sharing what deals are currently out there. Luv, luv, luv it!
