Since the toothbrush is $3.99 (usual price is $4.99) with a $2.50 RR, you use the $2 multi-pack Colgate toothbrush coupon from 4/12S and something for a filler (I am really stocking up on these 59¢ Skittles!). Including the Skittles I paid 41¢ OOP.  You can roll this RR into the next toothbrush transaction, just like the Irish Spring roll (they’re both Colgate products).
