Incredible deals on Rimmel products when you combine clearance prices with this $3 printable.  There is also a $2 coupon in the April IVC if you run out of prints.  Not as cheap, but still decent.  I took a clearance mascara and an over-priced (but cool!) holographic eyeliner.  Subtotal was 18¢ but this is all high-tax.
