Check your store for clearance cans of Libby’s organic pumpkin puree – mine had them for only 25¢ a can!  Normally I wouldn’t be buying pumpkin unless it was attached to a cup of coffee latte, but I was reading up on all the fantastically healthy things in pumpkin and naturally I’ll be trying new recipes…and waiting like a spider in her web for some coupons.  ’cause who really wants to pay a quarter a can?
