Trying to decipher the Walgreens ad online is an exercise in futility – even if the site doesn’t crash or prevent you from searching, you’re still guaranteed to miss stuff.  Bring back paper ads, you cheap bastards!

I was just gonna grab more toothpaste with the $3/2 coupon, but then saw this deal on Kleenex tissue (Scott ComfortPlus 12 pk toilet paper was not available for pick up) which combines manufacturer and monthly savings coupons. Since you already clipped both Crest coupons, clip the $1 mfr toilet/tissue digital coupon (monthly comes off automatically).  Buy two tubes of $3 Crest toothpaste or mouthwash marked in red (sale).  I paid with $5 in Wags Rewards and earned $4.11 in Wags Rewards.  Try promo code USEPICKUP10 for an extra discount; but it only applies to regular price merchandise and gave me the “Coupons Unavailable” and “Unexpected Error” messages afterwards.  sigh

Walgreens has a sale on Yardley soap this week – each bar is only 69¢ (50¢ off).  Use the $1/3 digital coupon and pay $1.21 for three after high tax.  You can always pay with Rewards and run up that credit card for another 20 cents 🙂  Your variety selection will be determined by store – I had three.  Earned 2¢ in Walgreens Rewards…woo-hoo!

Since Crest deals aren’t as common as Colgate, I’m grabbing more toothpaste and mouthwash.  Obviously you can swap out toothbrushes, if you prefer.  Since the Walgreens Rewards don’t work in single bucks, you’ll have to run two transactions – big deal, right? Clip both the $5/3 and $3/2 digital coupons.  Buy three tubes of $3 Crest toothpaste or mouthwash marked in red (sale).  Subtotal will be $4 plus high tax.  I paid with $4 in Wags Rewards and earned $4.09 in Wags Rewards.

Also got 25 points from Fetch Rewards, the rebate APP that doesn’t care where, when or how you shop – I’m over 53,000 points already!
