May All Your Holiday Meals Be Festive
Waiting on the resting hanger steak, but started up table-loading ahead of time: green beans, mashed potatoes, stuffing (with Impossible sausage), asparagus in sesame ginger marinade, black olives, berry pie from Amazon Fresh, lots of cheeses & baguettes and a wonderful bread pudding made with panettone and a custard sauce.
Merry Christmas
Jewel clearance & Fetch Rewards bonus
I completely forgot about the Fetch Rewards bonus offer when shopping at Jewel – that’s why I like the APP so much: I don’t have remember anything! I picked up some veggies, saw the mini panettone was the exact same one as Dollar Tree for the same price and wondered how quickly I’d be confusing the two. Clearance on the candied fruits – all were a buck – and all were represented, including those never found in nature greens and reds. I like ginger very much and plan to make some festive loaves with both.
Oh, yeah, and there were two offers for shopping at Jewel and I scored 850 points, which puts me above the 50,000 for another Amazon gift card.
$100 DoorDash card for $80 at Best Buy
Today’s main deal is a Schwinn IC4 exercise bike – not something I want to think about before the Holidays! There’s a 20% discount on a $100 DoorDash card, which would make for a great last-minute present. Always lots of deals on Best Buy Daily Deals. Anything purchased now gives you until January 14th to return.
