I’d call this the Passover breakfast … except I’m not Jewish, Passover is next week and, most importantly, bagels are enjoyed year-round 🙂 Bougie choice of either poppy seed bagel or original variety Triscuits. Even more bougie selection was Crème Fraîche instead of cream cheese.
