Only coupons for junk food & other urban legends

Photo1.jpgSome of my best kick-butt shopping has been at Whole Foods – remember all the Avalon Organics lotions, shampoos and conditioners we scored for dirt cheap?  The trick to doing well at Whole Foods is to pair manufacturer coupons with the WF store coupons and then use them during a sale!  I paid $3.30 for two Imagine organic gravy boxes ($1 & $1), two Spectrum Walnut oils ($3 & $3) and the baguette.  Cashier was impressed – I, on the other hand, didn’t wanna pay for the bread.  Remember, you can always print two mfr coupons per computer (unless it’s FB, and then you can only print two total).

Stopped at CVS because I hadn’t been in for some time and have a whole slew of ecbs expiring this week.  Picked up the Cafe Bustelo and the free roll of paper towels, courtesy of the Magic Coupon Machine.  I needed four of the Cafe to get $4 in ecbs, but they only had the two – I’ll stop at another location for more over the next couple of days.  Picked up a few of these in early spring for Iced Coffee Season.  Cafe Bustelo made with sewer water is too nasty even for Dumpster Divas.
