Office Depot – the saga continues

Okay, this is getting ridiculous.  My Kleenex order was refunded…$3.  I called and said I wasn’t paying $10 for delivering a box of Kleenex.  So now that part’s being processed.  I also received two boxes containing a few bottles of the cleansers I ordered, instead of the cases.  Which will necessitate more calls.

Ron emailed me and said he got frustrated with the calls to the customer service center and called Office Depot corporate offices and has, so far, experienced a frustration-free conversation.  I suggest we all call Office Depot corporate at (561) 438-4800 and press 0 for Customer Service.

  1. Office Depot called me a few minutes ago and told me to leave the 6 single boxes of kleenex on my porch and they will pick them up tomorrow between 8:30am and 5:00pm and they will drop off the 6 CASES I ordered. We shall see what happens:)

  2. When I got home from work, Fed-ex delivered the remainder of the cases of the cleansing products I ordered. Since they sent me single bottles originally, the cases were of 47 bottles. They seem to be honoring their pricing. So now I wait for the kleenex…

  3. ive been trying all morning to reach them at the number above. i get a voicemail recording that says ive reached OD headquarters, and then it just rings with no answer. tried a couple of different ways. anyone else???
