On Sunday, pantsless peeps in more than 30 cities worldwide will take part in the No Pants Subway Ride first held in 2002 in NYC.  In Chicago, it begins at noon in the parking garage at 1210 W Arthur Ave (by the CTA Loyola station) where you’ll doff your duds before hopping the Red Line.  Girly parts and dangling bits must be covered, although at 22° I doubt anything will be dangling….
