Just got off the phone with Steve. This Easter weekend is proving to be a madhouse, so he’s asked me to have people comment or email ME with orders for the Post cereal or any other “stuff.”. He will order for both his store and Lisle, so please get the info to me by Monday morning.
Now I wouldn’t jump for this deal, but others keep drumming it into my head that not everyone shops like me or wants to shop like me and could even just be starting out (thank you MUM), so this is a deal for them.
There is a cat deal running through May 15 on select Post Pebbles cereal: Buy 2 boxes get $1 RR; buy 3 boxes get $2 RR; buy 4 boxes = $3 RR
Since Post Fruity Pebbles goes on sale for $1.99 this Sunday, buy 4 boxes for $7.96 and get back a $3 RR, so your actual cost is $1.24/box.
My recommendation is to roll some $4 RRs and get the cereal as a bonus! Note that I don’t see any insert coupons out there, but maybe you know of some IPs? If you throw the Luster White into the pot (@ $4.99) and a Stayfree (@ 2.99) you can use your $1.50 Luster and $1 Stayfree coupons, add three RRs, pay $1.44 OOP and get back $10 in RRs. If you want to add in your regular Splenda purchase … that cat machine is gonna burn out!
I looked at this too, and I even have a ‘few’ Wags catalina’s from the last Fruity Pebbles deal. It’s for $2.00 off 3 POST PEBBLES boxes. (Expires 05/06/11) But THAT even seems expensive! You completely ruined me and my sense of deals! Wait, they aren’t paying ME to take it???!!! BUT, 3 months and few excessive cereal purchases ago, I would have thought this was a great deal! So, check your stash of Wags catalina’s if you are looking for coupons.
