I’ve been finding a ton of clearance cosmetics at Osco lately – seriously cheap. How cheap you may ask? Well, the Nutra Nail gel kits for $1.99 (originally $11.99) with $2 coupons or so many different Covergirl mascaras for $1.99 the mind boggles.  Print any and all make-up coupons and carry with you because I’ve also been seeing the discounts on the back clearance endcaps at Walgreens.  The Welch’s coupon has no size or flavor restrictions, so look for a couple of puny bottles.
