Sorry for the complete lack of posts, but the annual National Restaurant Show runs this weekend through tomorrow. I’ll post a few pix. It’s unbelievable how much food people can shovel in their pieholes – without unhinging their jaws.
even more unbelievable is that the longest lines are always for hot dogs…

I seriously debated on joining him and going for the last day and all their “help us get rid of everything” goodies.
Just stay away from the mushrooms and the Sysco fresh produce…and most of the cheese…and moonshine…and gluten-free goods…and smoked salmon…
oh, heck, just stay home!! (hey, if you do go, check out the hot Cuban coffee lad..hehehehehe…i’m old, not dead)
