MotrinPM

The Motrin PM MM deal will start with the July 31 sale.  This deal is not showing up on the insert scans on any of the deal sites, but after much research and checking it has been verified.

As I posted a couple of months ago, the 20 ct boxes will be on sale for $3 with a $3 Register Reward.  The $1/1 coupon from the 6/12 r expires on 7/30, so you must not only place your orders as quickly as possible, but pick it up by Tuesday, August 2.  Wheaton will not accept this coupon any later, so don’t put it off.

While only a slight money maker, it is low tax (about .o5), so we’re making .95 for each box/coupon.  Given the paucity of deals lately, I’ll take it.

      • I’m saying that the $1/1 coupon that’s in the 6/12 RP (correct?) is not in the 2 RPs I got from the library, nor in the one I got from my delivery here in Wheaton. You said the coupons within the inserts vary from town to town, and I’m saying that I didn’t see it in either of those. It’s possible that I took the page out because it contained another coupon I wanted a while back, but I always put it back if there is anything remotely good on it, and I know Motrin is something that goes on deals.

        • No Justin, the inserts don’t vary from town to town (just the sales ads do), they vary from newspaper to newspaper. The Trib will have the largest number of coupons, followed by Chicago Wall Street, Daily Herald and lastly, Sun Times; Hoy has some higher value coupons than the Trib, but not as many, since they are targeting a Hispanic audience. The coupon showed up in all the papers I have; it shared the page with the $3 Tylenol Precise.

          • See, I didn’t think they varied from town to town, but rather region to region, if at all. I’ve seen the coupon sites as well as you say things like “Chicago gets the $1/1 instead of the $1.50” or something. So very small variance, if any, but it’s for all of Chicagoland. That’s what I thought.

I will check again, but this isn’t the first time this has happened where I can’t find a certain coupon. The last 2 times it happened I chalked it up to what I thought you said. Now I know I need to look harder and also make sure I only cut out what I’m using, and don’t take the whole page.
