Baking bread is seriously a no-brainer, I don’t care how many times you’ve tried and failed.  Don’t go The Great British Bake Off approach – just realize that people (read: women) have been making this stuff almost every day for a thousand years or more without fancy cookbooks with exact measurements and certain salts (yogurts and butter).  Here’s the link to a prior post and a photo of tonight’s bread.
