My first transaction was for two Revlon mascara and two eyeliner.  Paid with the BOGO coupon from 2/7 S and $10 ecb from Sunday’s purchase of four.  Subtotal was $5.78 and out spit another $10 ecb which I used to purchase the 8 detergents along with another mascara and eye liner.  Subtotal was $5.71 and I got another $10 ecb.  Paying with ecbs lowers the subtotal, so you’re taxed less and considering this stuff is all high tax, that’s a pretty significant saving!
