It’s been so long since Jewel had anything even worth checking for on their Avenue card program. And let’s face it, the Buy 10 deal this week sucks donkey balls. Having said that, check your Avenue cards and see if there is the Healthy Choice Fresh Mixers on any of them. I have three cards with $2.50/1 Limit 5 on them. woot! So, you run three transactions of FOUR each. If you don’t use up the limit, it resets the next day (well, it has for years). They are currently $2.49 (if you buy ten it’s $1.99), so FREE. Why anyone would buy ten is beyond me, though, when you can run three sets of 4 for free. Make sure to leave enough time for the deal to reset the next day.
I only wish I’d looked on the cards earlier in the week… remember, it’s not the deals you make that you remember, it’s the ones you blow…

ha ha! Thanks for that…even though I just got fuckin’ screwed by the mechanic for 625 bucks I didn’t have maybe I’ll get some of those mixers for free. DH really likes them and w/him being out of work we can use all the free we can get!

Does Avenu give you overage? If so you could buy four of those plus six of something else in the deal, if you wanted it, to get the $1.99 price and therefore overage.

my avenu says $2.50 off, small print ‘when you buy 5’.
i read that as $2.50 off the total, not off each.
rang up 4 at a store, price was $2.49 so cancelled the order, had to get back to work.
