Once again I was stuck in the house until about 4:30 due to construction, but at least I had my beloved internet!  Since the construction crew has already whacked the gas, water, sewer and phone, I figure the electric’s next.

Here’s a quick run down of my late afternoon Jewel run: 2 SB milk – ’cause that’s all they had ($2/1- 3/27 S2); 10 Mrs. T’s BOGO sale ($1/1- 3/6r); 6 Purex Crystals ($2/1- 3/13r); 8 oz Jewel cheese; artisan bread; sauerkraut.  The bread and cheese were both free, thanks to cats PITA found.  Five of the Purex were rung up individually, so as to generate the $1 OYNO for each transaction, I used $10 in expiring RRs and one $1 OYNO from previous Tostitos purchases and $1.97 in CASH.  But I got back $7 in cats through the kindness of people too busy to take them from the machine.  that PITA is a sharp one…
